As the sun slips beneath the horizon, the restaurant transforms into a world lit only by the soft flicker of candlelight. Shadows dance. Conversations hush. And guests step into an evening designed to heighten every sense.

Dark Dinner – A Sensory Experience invites you to surrender to the unknown and indulge in an eight‑course tasting menu where flavour, aroma, texture, and sound take centre stage. With the room cloaked in warm darkness, each dish becomes more vivid, every sip more expressive, and every moment more intimate.

This is not just dinner.
It's an encounter.

Guided by curated wine pairings selected for their harmony with each course—from bright Rocca delle Macìe Chianti with Truffle Arancini to the deep, velvety richness of Skål Amber Lager alongside charcoal‑kissed striploin—guests will explore a menu crafted to surprise, delight, and seduce the palate.

The evening unfolds as follows:

First Course – Amuse Bouche

Dish: Mushroom and Truffle Arancini with pomodoro and basil oil
Cocktail: Rocca delle Macìe Chianti Classico Riserva

 

Second Course – Hors D'oeuvre

Dish: Tuna Tri color Causa: Amarillo chili/cilantro, spinach/beet

Cocktail: Gin & Tonic

 

Third Course – Appetizer

Dish: Duck empanada on Peruvian style

Cocktail: Henry of Pelham Pinot Noir 

 

Fourth Course – Fish

Dish: 3 texture Shrimp: Roasted Leek Foam, roasted carrot pure with crispy ginger, Panko-Crusted    

            Ebi Fry

Cocktail: Casillero del Diablo Reserva Sauvignon Blanc

 

Fifth Course – Salad

Dish: Texture Vegan Cobb Salad served with an Aquafaba-Based Cheese Dip

Cocktail: Ghost Mary

 

Sixth Course – Beef Main course

Dish: Grill striploin with charcoal oil, Amarillo chili sauce and Peruvian pesto spaghetti

Cocktail: Skål Amber Lager

 

Seventh Course –Sorbet

Dish: Vodka-marinated lychee filled with lemongrass sorbet and lime crystals

Cocktail: Tarapacá Gran Reserva Carmenère 2023

 

Eighth Course – Dessert

Dish: Avocado chocolate cake with orange whipped cream and sponge toffee

Cocktail: The Scotch-Father
